rb25 cel #21 Ignition circuit:My car has been acting up at high rpm's almost like a rev limiter. I finally figured out the diagnostic test and came up with a cel #21 Ignition circuit. I replaced the spark plugs, which leads me to think it must be either a coil pack or the igniter pack. How do i pin point the problem?

Could be a bad CAS too maybe.

Check the full service manual for individual parts inspection. There are procedures in there for the #21 CEL code.
