With a good tune and fuel you should be okay. Stay off boost in hot and humid weather also keep your rpm below 7500. Have your car tuned on the street/track if possible. I have not had any problems with a 62-1 t3, 19psi, aem ems on a totally stock block RB25. I have overboosted to 24psi @ 5100rpm and the head didn't lift.Japman wrote:The car in everyday use will not work in full boost!!
