Hey guys last night my car was driving fine, booting great etc, till I took a dip a little too straight on and hit the intercooler pretty hard. Pulled back one whole bottom fin.

Now the car sputters and backfires on e I get to around 10psi of boost. But the weird thing is, its totally random, sometimes it will do it, sometimes it wont.

Most likely a boost leak yes?

Yeah, almost certainly. This is while I always keep a boosst leak checker with a tire valve stem feeding it so I can check it anywhere I can fill up tires :gapteeth: For something that bad though, just look at all the couplers. Sounds like you either tore a hole in your intercooler or just popped a coupler off which i think is most likely.
