Installed an RB25 in my 1997 240 sx automatic (have to have automatic because my son has muscular dystrophy and can not operate a clutch) Motor is in and runnig great but cant get the transmission to shift right. It has no power in lower gears. Feels like it pulling a truck. McKinny did the motor harness but the KA24 transmission plug does not fit the ECU. Plug is not the same size. Our mechanic is stuck and does not know what to do. It must be a wiring problem---but what is it and can it be fixed. I've put about 10 grand into this already and want to get it running right. Any one have any answers?? Thanks

trans shift logic should be the same as the s14's auto.my guess is that the wot switch and other misc bits havent been wired up so the ecu doesnt know whats going on.where exactly are you in sc, im in charlotte and i might be able to help you some weekend.carl
