I did some searching and came up with a bunch of threads about this subject and wanted to confirm some information and ask a new question.

I'm swapping to a gt3076 turbo and realized the previous owner's turbo line setup was somewhat lamesauce, and I need to get my car running for an event in two weeks, yay.

I need oil feed, water feed and water return.

From what I gathered-coolant feed at the block is M14 x 1.50, what size AN should this be, -6?-oil feed at the block is M12 x 1.25, -4 AN

Now for my other predicament; my engine for some reason does not have a hard line for the coolant return when I got the engine like this:

^ how would I work getting the braided lines to that?

Any help would be appreciated!!

c'mon guys, just a few questions I need answered, please? I'm not too familiar with this area and want to get it right

I'm sure I could probably use a hose clamp around the line going to the coolant return, but that just seems counter productive...

Thats how it is stock. 2 things I can think of is to weld the correct AN fitting on that t-pipe at the end of where the rubber hose goes to (and get ride of the rubber hose of course). Or if the T-fitting is the right size you can use a 5/16th (roughly ~10mm) compression fitting.

hm, ok, I figured it would have been something more fancy than using a hose clamp on that end, but if that is proven to work I'm fine with doing that.

What AN - size will the coolant feed and return be, -6?

Also, might be a stupid question, but what would be the thread size and pitch for the gt3076 turbo side AN fittings?

I have RB26DETT and running -6 fittings and hoses for water supply and return, -4 fittings and hose for oil supply. I think that should be ok for you.

My turbo's have 12mm for oil inlet, 14mm for water inlet/outlet. Water return for my turbo's "T" into upper rad hose manifold (around front of block) and heater core return (around back of block). Probably not much help for RB 25.
