Okay so I am about to start my career and am going to be making some cash monies now. My goal with my RB is 700whp and to rev it out to about 8000-8500 safely. My question to you guys is would this be achievable on an super HX40 with pump gas but I most likely will be using meth. I need to stay pump gas and I really love Holset turbos. With a fully built motor and head would the hx40 flow enough to produce 700? Also if anyone can hook me up with a 700hp rb25 build thread that would be sick so I can see what im working with.

700whp on pump gas isn't a good idea.. could it be done on meth and pump sure.. good fuel will yield more power quite a bit easier, and you wouldn't be heavily relying on methanol.

HX40 is good for about 600-640whp on its best day..

No, I haven't considered selling it until the last few months since I have been living in downtown Chicago and traffic is a nightmare, which makes driving $uck. And I hate leaving it sit in the garage without seeing much use. I basically start it up every couple weeks to keep it lubed up and to prevent moisture from working its way into things.

PM me if you are serious and want details.

If you're making plenty of money and are dumping it into your car, why would you want a poverty turbo? If you want 700whp, you need to be up into the 67mm range. A buddies Evo makes 667 on pump and meth at 34psi on a billet BB 6765. Wanna be baller, the FP HTA GT3794R is a bad bish.

It's because this build won't even get off the ground. Sorry OP, seen this song and dance a bunch. I hope you prove me wrong.

Whatever you say 240z4u, just got offered a salary job today that I knew I was gonna get before I started this thread. First step get a daily driver, second step prove you wrong lol...

As for the turbo I am choosing, I want to stick with an holset due to the cheap price, fast spool, insane reliablility, and that eargasmic sound.... As well as I want to still be able to slide so anything bigger than a HX40 is going to be a little too big
