rb25 & 26 comparison

What are the cams in the rb26 & 25

also how big are the injectors in the 26? I heard they were 550's?

I have an RB25 and want to hit around 450whp. I'm thinking to go with a GT30 turbo, 550cc injectors, and Tomei 260 cams?

Anyone have any information on what to, or not to do?
