rb20det wont start HELP!!

OK my engine wont start!!

Heres the deal. I came home from school it drove fine all day. Took a nap then my buddies came over to check out my car. I tried to start it up but NOTHING...it cranks over fine it just wont fire.

Here's some things that I KNOW work..

-Fuel pump turns on-engine starter cranks-battery is fine-coil packs OK tested at .9 ohms each-spark plugs clean and OK -compression tested FINE 147,147,145,149,152,150 PSI

it doesnt even sound like it wants to start it just keeps cranking...i think its not getting spark...i am thinking the control module (power transistor unit) thing on top of the spark plug cover is bad. I went to autoparts store for the 300zx one but they dont have in stock and its over $200..Do you guys think this is a problem?? Is there anyway i can test it?

This sucks because its my daily driver and i wont have a car to drive until its fixed!!

Dont just look at the spark plugs, check to se eif they are all starting, pull the CAS and turn it by hand to see if the injectors are firing, Hopefully you soldered all you connections on the wiring the correct way so you wont have to worry about any of them, look for unplugged sensors, MAF, temp, CAS, O2...make sure you dont have any intake pipes loose/disconnected, check for blown fuses.

its been running for awile. I even got to drive it after we got the 5 speed swap done. Now i kinda want an Rb but still working with the KA so... i just thought it was wired it just cranked and never fired.

no, i have half a tank...but it seems i AM getting spark...we poured gas down the intake manifold and it tried to start for a second...there is fuel pressure in the hoses as fuel squirts out and pump turns on...i think injectors not getting signal or something....hrmmm

neutral safty switch? Also check out your clutch switch. My friends S13 had a problem with starting one day and it turned out to be a relay... The one on the driver fender well. hope that helps you out.

Neutral safety/clutch switch means no starter, it cuts the signal from key to starter relay.

this sound like the problem i was having. double check your wiring by the gray oval plug, something might be loose.

blah i dont know what the problem is anymore...i checked all my connections and everything was fine...it was wierd one minute the engine is running fine now....NOTHING...if i put some gas in the intake it will start for a second but...

1) there is fuel pressure2) fuel pump DOES turn on...

What is the problem??Why arent my injectors spraying??

Check to see if they have power, one wire on the injectors is going to be the same color, regardless of injector....that is +12V

Check continuity between all 6 injectors and ECU
