rb20det wont run once warm

me and my buddy have searched around alot and cant figure out this problem he is having.. when the motor is cold it will run fine but once warmed up it will not idle.. the idle is very messed up and the car wont run unless u keep the rpm's above 3k.. before it was 2k but now it is worse. and it didnt have much of a problem before but now it will over heat pretty quick. and if u start it while warm it is hard to even get it to come up to 2k rpm. any body have any idea on what this could be? this is on a rb20det in his 240sx coupe.

tps is set incorrectly.

and can be a slut to set as I've found out... sounds like the opposite of my problem but same idea, mine wont run above 2-3k ish, and TPS doesn't want to get set right, about to try it again though.
