not sure about the rb20 harness but on the rb25 the harness has 2 relays near the ecu. i didn't have them plugged in and the car would turn bout would not fire if you do have them maybe one went bad.

I know the injectors are firing because of two things. One if you take out the CAS and put a really long screw driver and touch it to a injector and then turn the shaft of the CAS you can feel it fire, its like feel two little ticks. And secondly after cranking the engine 8 billion times with no combustion there is fuel in the cylinder. obviously i've open up all the cylinders and air dryed them since that, but my point is yes, defenetly getting fuel. One of my conserns was maybe the motor isnt turning over fast enough to get combustion. it seems to be a bit sluggish. Also i'm worried about the spark, i'm used to working on crotch rockets and when a bike will spark it a really fast tat tat tat tat tat... and so on. but when i test for spark on this car its a much slower: tat.... tat.... tat.... is that right?

unless the battery is in poor nic and doesnt have enough voltage it still should fire even if the engine turns over slowly.what is the battery voltage when cranking?gotta be atleast 12.5v

Honestly as well if the battery has good voltage I'm telling you if the power wire for the alt.and the starter are reversed the engine will turn over super super slow.

How about grounds as well???Is the engine grounded to chassis and battery to chassis as well?? Seems like there is something very small wrong here.

I tried reversing the wires but its really not feesable because the starter inhibitor wire is attached to the wire loom that the starter wire is on. But none the less i tried it and had to run a wire for the starter inhibitor. It didn't work. Same thing.

WHY THE HELL IS THIS THING NOT STARTING?!?!?!

Are you getting any kind of popping in the exhaust or intake like its firing but out of order?

If you set the engine to TDC on the compression stroke, and look at the timing belt, you should have 47 or so teeth from the mark on the crank shaft to the exhaust cam dot, then like 32 or so teeth to the mark on the other cam. I have it written down some where, or you can find it in the skyline R32 FSM.

Sounds like your closer then my swap, you just have to make sure everything is spinning exactly when it should.
