RB20det Valve spring question

so i got a set of tomei springs for my engine and took one out to compare. the oem spring is a tad bit taller that the tomei spring and i just wanted to know if this was normal thing? will it affect the cams or valves at all (like causing them not to seat)? I checked the instructions and it says nothing about it and i searched around and couldnt find anything that answered my question directly. any help would be great and if need to be flamed so be it, but be gentle

Maybe you need more than just springs from tomei, cams maybe.
