Looking for turbo and manifold setups that won't interfere with my current stock setup. I have A/C and power steering and would like to keep those options. I'm looking for a 300-350whp range so what turbo setup would be the most effecient in this setup? I'm not new to the tuner game, but searching for turbo and all the technical specs on them not sure really what they mean entirely. I know a little to get me by but for example. how do you figure out if a GT2871R would be better than a GT3071R. I know it rougly has to do with turbo size, but what specs would help determine my situation more.

The GT3071 is too big for your HP goals. The GT2871R will reach your goals. I can't say for sure on fitment though. It's close enough to the size of the stock turbo, I'd be surprised if it didn't fit though. Due to your small displacement, you'll want to stick to a smaller A/R on the turbine housing as well.
