I'm really looking for some RB20 specialists to give me some opinions on how I should go about handling the project im working on. I have a 70mm trim t3 turbo that im installing. I've got the propper turbo manifold, wastegate, boost controller, and fuel pump, but I keep getting all kinds of different responses as to what size injectors to use (i've been told anywhere from 350cc-600cc), however the one response that seems to be regular is that the cc goes almost hand an hand with how much crank horsepower i want to achieve. Wich brings on the next question... how much horsepower can the rb20 safely produce on stock internals. Once again I have received a variety of numbers from 350hp-500hp. Also what ECU should I go with. How much boost should I push from a 70 trim turbo and at what RPM will max. boost be achieved. Also, what is the true RPM redline on the RB20?

Punch in the numbershttp://www.rceng.com/technical.htmI would go with 550s and a tight (not tyte) RB20 should be able to contain something in the low 300s with proper tuning. Forgies and a metal head gasket will give some more margin for error though. The head is the problem, I would not expect it to flow enough air without serious work to get much past 400hp.
