RB20DET Torque Specs any1?

Does any1 know where i can get the specs on what to torque the motor down too? I'm planning on building the head on my RB20, so i need to find out all the torqe specs are. thanks guys.

ARP has general recommendations for their head studs that come in with the studs... So just use the specs that ARP gives you (usually in the 85-100 range)

what about for like exhaust manifold?

those are FOR ARP STUDS not for the stock-type bolts. its extremley important to know that they are completley different.
