yes there are wiring diagrams on this site. You can also get FSM's for S13 and R32's.

There are tons of upgrades.. how much money do you have?

start by making the engine breath better. Then give it more fuel, then up the boost.

It's fine to ask questions... but general questions that have been answered a million times will get you flamed. Use the search feature and you will find what you are looking for. Then, if you have more direct, specific questions that you can't find answers to, go ahead and ask them.
