If running a push-fan on a 2" or 3" radiator will I still have room to keep the ac condensor in the factory location? It looks as though there is like only an inch of clearance. Between the front of the radiator and the back of the condensor. I really want to keep AC on this swap as this is my daily driven 240. Also what about utilizing push fans on the ac condensor and the radiator setup? Or would this be too much. Just dont want to overheat the car in vegas heat.

If you have info on how you guys kept AC in an s13 chassis post it up. Thanks guys!

Dunno about the AC, I assume you'd have to run the pushers on the outside of the condenser. I think you might run into cooling problems like that. I know a few guys on here have a AC and there have been a few threads on that subject someone else should chime in...

Just noticed you're near Vegas. Are you on the local forums NV240SX or VegasDrift? Need any parts for your swap? I'm just finishing mine and have stuff left over plus I know all the other 5 or so RB guys in town if you need help/parts/info... GL

right on, I live close to you then, near 215 and pecos like 5 miles east from aliante. I've known MikeB for a couple years also LOL. Did you get your downpipe sorted out? I have 2 stock pipes plus a stock dump, and a "ebay" SS dump, stock clutch, flywheel, etc.. lmk if you're looking for any parts or need a hand. GL with your AC, I'll be jealous if you keep it!!

Yea my only concern is the condensor replacement. There is a hot rod shop in henderson which specializes in custom ac setups for hot rods. They said they would definately not have a problem building me a custom setup or adapt my current setup to work with what I have. I may be hitting you up for the DP.

dual spal hp 12" pushers with proper ducting mounted on the ac condenser...should provide enough cooling for both ac and the engine.upgrade to quest alternator else your car will run like hell.

Will the nissan quest alternator need a custom bracket?

There's a couple threads on here that explains it all. You shouldn't need a custom bracket, I think it's similar to the retrofit on the KA... You just need to modify the alternator body a little, nothing too major.

Is that shop American Rod & Custom on Gibson and 215? I just bought some piping from them...

And if you need a quest alternator, I have one brand new sitting in my garage i'd be happy to sell you.

Dual 12in fans, aftermarket fuel pump, 3 guages, radio, hids = like a 12v charge lol
