The engine is a little long for the engine bay. Even if the radiator is placed outside the radiator panel, you will have to cut the firewall and refit ot around the engine. The gear lever will also be further back in the cab so the opening in the floor has to be lengthened. its a great engine with lots of power. We had one which we use to drag race. This engine will also affect the dashboard.

finally got the old motor pulled. did you have any issues with the oil pan, were you able to use the stock pan or did you have to get a custom one made? we are going to start test fitting/cutting fire wall and stuff next week, i just noticed that may be a problem so i wanted to know if that was a problem for your build

hey man, I was just wondering what other issues you ran into on your build. we are about to start cutting firewall and getting into some fabricating and stuff. did you have to move the gas pedal or anything else? do you have pics of your build? do you have a thread on Nico Club about your build? I'm just trying to prepare as much as I can before getting into the real nitty gritty. thanks man
