wassup guys, can any show me a guide that shows me how to drop in the rb20det in the s14? Like a video or etc? I just need to get infomation on it. planning to do it soon. I don't care for smog or anything else. Doing it to do it and have some fun not planning to drag it, just something to be porud of. haha

well you got a long way to go into you will be porud... I spent 2,500 dollars, timing belt change, and my sawp still does not run so be ready for heartbreaks..

as for swapping the engine its pretty easy, wiring is a ***** so pay somone who knows how to wire it wire it for u.

I'm not gonna explain how to swap the engine in.. Just search of parts you need to swap it in.

oo that sux man. hey in the sticket above about whats required in the swap it says u need 2 custom things, a tach bracket and custom downpipe, so where do you get that stuff from?

You're going to need more than just a custom downpipe...you also have consider either a mount kit or using the Skyline crossmember. And what the hell is a tach bracket?

Usually everything is custom when it comes to RB because not alot of common after market support. But if you search enough you'll find ALL your answer. Took me 1 1/2 years before I got my own RB and when I did it was alot easier then to start from scratch. After all it is just a motor right? How hard can it be? lol

I suppose its a little harder than a CA or SR swap. Those engines just "drop" right in! :
