Hi guys . got a stage 2 veilside ecu tuned for 400 to 700cc injectors and 16psi of boost. got 550cc injectors coming in with a turbo header and a .70ar compressor turbo and external wastegate. what would be a safe amount of boost to run on stock rb20det?

You can't possibly have a tune for any injector 400-700CC. You have to pick a size, and even the type matters too.

Your turbo specs are very generic as well. Do you have any pics of it?

The most advice I can give you is an RB20 is good for 400whp pretty easily in GOOD condition and with a GOOD tune. More if your setup is done right.

A stock RB maf isn't good for much more then 300HP though, so keep that in mind if thats what your ECU is setup for or thats what your going to use.

^ what he said.

'stage 2 veilside' tune sounds like total BS to me...is it a genuine veilside ecu or some fly by night special off ebay?

x3 what rustspec said. Also, those stupid JDM tuned ECU's usually just have the rev limit, speed limiter and fuel mapped tweaked slightly. From what you asked with the specs you posted, it really looks like you need to research a lot more before you put anything other than a stock turbo on your motor. Most of the specs you posted mean nothing.
