How much are you willing to pay for one shipped? Have you tried RawBrokerage? I'd go to the junkyard and grab one, but after the cost from the junkyard and shipping, plus making it worth my time, it would probably be better to find one somebody already has sitting around.

There is a subaru starter that works. I bought one a while back just have to remember which subaru it was. Worse case scenario drop it by your local electrical shop and have it rebuilt. No other starter works at all. It has to be RB20, 25, or 26.

Hmm after the mention of a subaru starter idea, I began googling. I first googled RB26 starter to get a good idea of what it looks like followed by a search for subaru starter images. There seems to be a resemblance to the 98 forester starter.
I haven't taken measurements of a RB starter, but if you have one out, you can compare measurements to that one.
