RB20DET SHUTS OFF

I put an RB20DET into a 90 240sx. The car runs, then everything shuts off (ELEC) . after 20-30 sec you hear the ecm click on and the elec turns back on. What could it be? The car was running great, then this started. Is it elec. or ECM?
