rb20det s13 swap ecu electrical question

Alright my ecu stays on constantly (causes a dead battery overnight)

Q1 is wire # 59 supposed to be constant +?q2 is the ecu supposed to be on constantly (light always red)

i dident do the wiring so any infor on the proper voltages and whats supposed to be hot or not would be great.

ecu should shut down with the key off approx 3 sec after key off.i think pin 58 is supposed to have constant power with the key off...but thats off the top of my head.
