Does anyone have a downpipe for their RB20det in S13 that is accessable and not installed? If so could you take measurements for me of length and angles of bends. Or even just trace it out on paper or something. I need to give the measurements to the guy who is going to make me a new custom one.

The one that I had installed originally sucks balls... I think it's about 2" at most.

So, I am having a new one made up for me. The problem is that I don't have very tall jack stands to get the car up high enough to really measure that thing.

If anyone has one sitting around that they can draw out on paper for me, or do decent measurements of for me I would really appreciate it.

really not tryin to be a d!ck, but if its custom why do u need someone elses specs? the guys who do exhaust here always just build it as they go measuring along the way to make sure they get it how the customer wants it instead of bending a huge piece and the customer not liking it now they have some huge bent up piece thats wasted (unless someone else uses it on their car)anywho, hope u get what ur lookin for

It's ok.. I know what you mean. Perhaps custom isn't the best term for it.

I was asked to get measurements for the pipe since at the moment I can't get the car to his shop for him to custom bend it.

Since the turbo outlet and the Catalytic converter should be in about the same place for everybodys RB20 powered S13, I thought somebody might have one laying around that they could measure for me. That way I can get the measurements to the guy and he can get it pretty close.

I figured it was worth a shot.

Thanks

This is what i found to be the best.

I bought an HKS 3 in dp from ebay.

I then made about a 3 in extention off of my os turbo housing. I was ablt to make this 2.75 in diameter. The reason you need this extension is because the blot pattern will not line up and also it needs to be lower to bolt up to the cat back!!!!

Anybody know where I can get the correct flange size?

The guy at the shop said that I could buy the flanges that i need and then find a clothes hanger and unwind it and bend it to the shape that is needed for the downpipe. I guess that works perfectly.

I looked on ebay for flanges and all I can find is SS autochrome's set of T25 and T28 flanges.

We need T3 flanges? Where do i find them?

Thanks

get a cheap *** sr 3" dp and cut the triangular flange off, then bolt the flange to the turbo elbow and the dp to the exhaust.weld it all together and tada 3" dp.
