RB20Det Rb25 turbo and piggyback?

Hey all, I am currently waiting on my Rb20det long block to shipped to me. I'm not looking for major gains but would like to find myself around 350 with stock internals, manifold, tune, cams and injectors, is this reasonable? I am mating the rb to fit in my 82 rx7, I've ordered the boost gear (FMIC, gauge, controller and blow off) and I apparently got excited and purchased a rb25 v2 turbo with 52k kms for 250$ shipped only too find out it has a nylon compressor wheel. Now I know it wasn't a complete waste of money, but how much boost can I run safely on the stock ecu? I know haltech computers arent cheap, seeing as I'm new to nissans what types of piggybacks are available? and which ones are the most common?>

My questions have most likely been asked before but I would really like info from people who've been there and done that so to speak'
