RB20det problem, need some help

I have a rb20det with:

Front mountExhaust pipeFront facing plenum (makes it run rich)Boost controller, running 14psi (my cure to the rich problem )

It runs mint as when the engine is still cold after start up for a while, then when the engine is up to normal running temp it looses its pull, lmost like a miss.... It still has full boost but no pull?

I have no idea how, i have new coil pack, new 9mm leads and sparkpugs... always runs good when cold though and just dont know why any ideas?
