rb20det no injector pulse

just installed rb20det into my s13 i have spark but no injector pulse. both wires on injector lit up my test light i do not think that should be happening also when i checked for power with the test light one of the wires when grounded with the light turned on the injector and fuel was pouring into cylinder. also both wires on the injector have power at all times whether the key is on or not. this cant be rite! any help out there ive been racking my brain over this bs all week?

one wire gets +12v with key on. The other wire is grounded by the ECU when it's time for the injector to fire. Trace the wires back to the ECU, I think it's pins #100 thru 110, check the FSM to be sure.. Check continuity and all your wiring, something's not right.

why look so deep? are the two relays in that are near the ecu? fuel lines on right? ya know the basics.

Yeah you have a constant power on a wire that not supposed to have it....go over all the wiring again.

Once the ecu is not sending out a ground signal to open the injector you will get a a 12v reading on the two injector wires. If a ground input to the ecu is slack or not connected, the ecu will not be able to send a ground signal to open the injectors. Check 106, 107+116 for ground on the ecu jack with the ecu disconnected from the harness
