Does anyone know of where I can find a good write up about doing this swap into a S14 chassis. I've found a complted motor/transmission w/uncut harness and want to buy it but need to do a little research on possible problems that could occur. Thanks.

ok, here are the main issues, im sure you should search for this, but i'm at work and bored, so here we go:

1: you need a r32 crossmember2: you should get the r32 transmission crossmember3: You'll need adapters for the coolant lines that run to the heater core4: You'll need to rig the power steering pump to get rid of the hicas (search for it, its been covered)5:If you are not comfortable rewiring the engine/ecu harness, pay someone to do it, otherwise it will be the biggest headache in the world for you.6: you will need a custom turbo elbow to clear the steering shaft, the stock cast iron one will not clear using the r32 crossmember. I know a guy in australia that can make a good stainless steel one with open wastegate dump for a good price.7: you need cooling fans. people like permacools because they get the job done and are inexpensive (relatively) I've had problems with mine, but i seem to be the minority with this issue.

thats all I can think of for now, plus my boss is giving me the evil eye to get back to work, so good luck
