I have a spare rb20det but it is an r31.

Does anyone know if the injectors in the r31 will work in an r32?

I'm not sure if they will fit the r32 rail. The red top fuel rail is diffrent than the silvertop.

The engines look the same the difference is that the injectors on the r32 are yellow and the injectors on the r31 are red.

All i need is one injector seeing that one of my r32 injector pintles fell off

I dont know if they will because the R31 "red top" motor was run off the NICS ecu system instead of the R32 ECCS ecu.The NICS like on the CA18DET run on a Batch fire system instead of a squential firing systemBut it still might put out the same signal and if they fit try them just becarefull

so will rb25 injector work on the rb20 without any "issues"? will the stock or MINES ecu be able to controll them? plug and play?

Lets see, Stock Rb20=270 Rb25=370. ECU prgramed for 270cc with 370cc injectors. . . . . . . Hmmmmm thats a hard one to figure out. Another hard one to figure out is the Rb25 injectors are side feed injectors vs top feed injectors on the RB20....hmmm I don't think it's going to fit. I'm going to have to go out on a limb here and say you would need a RB25 fuel rail and injector clips. . . .Or maybe I'm just making this all up....

Wow, way to be an *******

A simple "No, top feed vs. side feed" would suffice.

yup, rb20s have 270's and they are teh suck.i would suggest gtr injectors or 7mgte injectors as a good alternate, however if you use the supra injectors then you will need to use the supra manifold isolators else you will have some big *** air leaks.

It's not that I'm from cali it's that you ask stupid questions. If you had used the you could have found the info you were looking for.
