RB20DET in S13 No start issue

Hey guys, new to the site and thought I may be able to get some help, but couldnt find what i'm needing, so here goes...

I bought an S13 with an RB20DET that ran and drove fine other than a coil pack issue on #1 and 2 cylinders. I picked up two more coil packs of the exact same part number and everything, put them on the car, and had no start. So thinking I had got a bad set of coils out of the scrap yard I put the others back in, but still no start. It cranks, but no start. I have good ground at the coil pack connectors, but I have no power. What could I have done? I dont understand how it was fine, now its not. Please help.
