Ok guys first off I wanted to say a big thank you to this forum. I have been building my project for the past few years and this forum has been gold. This is my first post because there is so much knowledge in hear that all I have needed is the search button. Alas I am at a point I could use some help.

My car is running but won't idle well at all. I have to give it some pedal to keep it going and it won't idle below 800 very well. It wants to die below that. Runs very rich. Here is my setup so you know what you are working with. I won't list everything but the stuff that should matter

1996 S14.5
RB20DET stroked to 2.2 fully rebuilt
RC650 injectors
Q45 Maf and TB
Power FC (injectors set to 37% with no latency correction and air to the 90mm option) other than that it is set to stock for now.
No AAC or IAC or any other smog options (I'm open to putting this one but would need some guidance)
Greedy knockoff intake but not crap one
Top mount GT3071R
Wiring Specialties Harness
Tomei Poncams or Procams (been a while haha and can't remember ATM)
Solid Tomei lifters and stiff springs
Adjustable Tomei Cam Gears
Supra fuel pump 2jz
3" Tanabe turbo back exhaust

Thanks for any help. Big shoutout to Carl H and Wolfgang among many others that have been a huge help on this forum so far.

P.S. I live in Denver if anyone wants to come over. I'll provide the beer and food.

I had a problem like that with mine, it wouldn't pull any good vacuum either. I narrowed it down to the cam timing been off because I let my friend do it for me while I was putting the turbo manifold back to the motor. Double check your mechanical cam timing. Another thing you can check is the 02 sensor make sure it's turned off in the PFC, It can do some weird stuff sometimes.

btw get some spacers on your CAS if your not running the front cover. The cover has a spacer in it.

I will be running a cover but just not while setting it up. I will get some spacers though, thanks for the heads up. As for the cam timing, I am certain that is dead on, but as far as CAS timing I am not sure I am good there yet. Need to get it idling right first so I can use my timing light. How do you turn the o2 sensor off in PFC? Also, why do you want it off? That's the first I have heard that.

I am setting my throttle crack now on the to and will be setting the tps. I think that maybe some of it. Thanks for the help, any other ideas will be appreciated. I'll post back after I have tried a few things.

Update: Throttle is cracked and tps is reading .5 volts it will steadily increase with throttle response so that seems to be fine. O2 is disabled. It is running sooooo rich and if the idle gets below 1000 rpms it wants to die. Ideas?? By the way it run the same with O2 enabled.

I think the tps should read .45 closed and 4.55 open. The 02 off was just to check to see if it was in some way hindering the operation. Do you have a wideband hooked up with the narrow bad output going to the stock 02 wire?

I can adjust it to .45. I had it at .47 and it didn't make a difference. I will adjust mañana. I don't have a wideband yet but I plan to buy one. I just have the stock o2 sensor in the dump tube behind the turbo.

Ok so I set it to .45 but it didn't seem to make a difference. It is very rich. I tried reducing the injector percentage down to 33% but that didn't help much. I am working to get a wide band tomorrow. I wonder if the plugs are fouled as it has been so rich. I'll pick some up tomorrow and inspect the ones in there now. Any other ideas? Could use some help here fellas.
