just wondering if we have any interchangeable parts for the rb... i was giong to clean mine but i've read that u should have a gasket on hand b4 u try and take it apart.... any suggestions?

i took mine off carefully, cleaned it, and had no problems.

they have this make a gasket stuff in case too if you cant find it. but i think youll be ok

what is the best stuff to use to clean it... also if i'm at the front of my car staring down on my engine the iacv is on the intake manifold towards the firewall correct?

best stuff to use is wynns air intake cleaner, but any good brand of carb cleaner should work (just takes longer).you can use an IACC gasket from a dohc ka, thats what i have on my car right now.

Can you get a part number for me on that gasket? My local dealership parts guy can't find the gasket in his system>>> I am sure it's there, he just doesn't seem to search for it the right way.

so u are using the gasket off the ka on ur rb? also if i wanted to buy one if the cleaning doesn't fix my prob how would i go about buying a iacv for my rb

im using a gasket from a dohc s chassis ka, as far as iacc dunno where you can get one, altho you might be able to rebuild it using parts from a ka iacc.
