RB20DET High idle

Hey guys my rb20det in my s13 is idling kinda high. my cam timing is set to 15 degrees and i have no vacuum leaks. I've tried cleaning out AAC/IACV, unplugging tps and aac then tried adjusting the idle by turning the screw on the IACV, and i can adjust the idle lower by doing this but it kinda idle searches then sounds like it wants to die if you give it some gas, and when I plug the aac back in (brown plug) the idle jumps back up and wont stay to what i adjusted it to... does this mean i have a bad AAC/IACV???

check your tps and if it's set right could be something else. squeeze the IACV hose from the intercooler pipe and see if the idle goes down. If u squeeze it and the car shuts off it's not the IACV.
