rb20det head torque??? help

i been looking like crazy for the torque on the rb20det head and i cant find nothing..... can some one help me out of i can finely drop the engine in!!!

i did and i didnt find the torque specs for the head....

It's in there, look again.. Sorry I don't remember the #s off hand, but I got them from the FSM.

I don't remember what it is.But there's also a Torque Sequence and a # of degrees to turn etc etc....

Look harder bro, you don't wanna mess up your ish by doing it wrong. Even worse if you snap a bolt in there. Oh..... boy you wouldn't be happy.

Do you have stock head bolts or ARP studs???I would recommend studs while your at it.

like dude really i spend a hour looking in it. i find the ones for the rb25 and 26 but not the ones for the rb20det...i am using stock. not boosting nothing big, i just want the car back in the road

yea its not in there. every time someone asks this question everyone says just look in the FSM. It would be great if someone could actually answer this question and sticky it.

It should be the same for all RB's (guessing)I know for a fact its there.I don't have my FSM on me cause I'm at work.Maybe when I get home later tonight I'll pop it in if my computer will work with me. lol

i need to be sure if its 75 or 90 pound per torque..... i dont want to brake something...

2 stepsTighten to 3 kg-mTighten to 11 kg-mLoosen completelyTighten to 3 kg-mTurn bolts 85-90 * clockwise(with angle wrench)Tighten bolts to 10.5-11.5 kg-m (with torque wrench)

I'm pretty sure the 75 is with assembly lube and 90 with oil.

please someone who believes the rb20det head specs are in the fsm post a page number. I still can't find it in there either.

The instructions I gave you are from the FSM.Thats from the RB26 I guess the RB20 Wasn't in there.But its all the same.Just diff displacement.

haha see i was not making **** up!!! i spend more then 1 hour looking for that ****.!!!!!

well then i came to think about it. i saw the specs for the rb26 and 25 and they were the same crap. the rb25 and 20 are similar so i was like hmm they have to be the same...
