RB20DET HARD CUT?

hi all,
i have a s13 with an rb20det it runs great but when i get up to around 5500 rpm it just cuts hard! i have to let off the throttle and then when i give it gas again its fine almost like a speed govner..
ive posted before about a simlar issue so sorry for the new post i never got my answer.

it has new
maf
coils
igniter (j30 swap)
stock internals, ecu, and turbo with a fmic,
manual boost controler set around 13-14 lbs of boost

i didnt think rb20s had a boost cut but maybe it does
any help would be great thanks!

yea spedo is hook up and works fine.
and no its not like that exacly its like a speed govner. it doesnt hesitate before it cuts out its just like the car dies you have to let off the gas for a second and you can get on the gas till it does it againe. it sucks cause where it cuts is where its really starting to pull hard! car doesnt do it in neutral and also doesnt seem to have a rev limiter either...?

another thought you guys think the maf could be doing it? its brand new factory replacement. i have a z32 maf but last time i hooked it up it would just crap out enless i blocked some air flow then it would rev up.

Is the VQmap on the ecu the right one for the Z32 maf?

no thats probably why it did that but i put the stock ecu maf back on

What's your fuel pressure when u are driving it and it does this? What fuel pump do u have?

im not to sure when im driving it cause my gauge is on my fpr in the engine bay, i have it set at 38psi it runs a little rich at an idle. I have a 255 in it right now its not a walbro though.
