rb20det gauge problems

i just recently got my rb20 running (BIG THANX TO NISMO241), but my clip did not come with an r32 gauge cluster, and none of the guages in my stock cluster work. what should i do?? i heard that i can buy a converter box deal that can make the stock cluster work with the rb... however, i contacted mckinney about it and they said "The RB20 has a mechanical speedo and the box for it is expensive as its aelectric motor to elctrical signal converter" which doesnt really tell me much.. but im guessing that they mean that its more expensive than its worth. i heard that i could use an r32 cluster, but i cant find one. any responses would be helpful. thanx.

my car is an s13 and it was previously an automatic SOHC (if that helps).
