my friend has an rb20det in his hatch and we are having some trouble getting it to run. ok so here we go. the fuel lines are correct, the fuel pump is working and pressureizing the line good, the rail is getting fuel,no fuel comes out of the return line upon cranking tho, i hooked a test light to the injector plug and the light blinks so the injectors are getting a pulse, but no start, and if you pour a lil gas in the intake or starting fluid the motor will start and run for a few seconds till the fuel that was put in the intake is gone. and if you take the cas out and turn it you can hear the clicking noise........................im totally baffled and have no clue what the problem is please help ive searched and found nothing like this and the car is a 92 hatch that was an auto and we currently have the auto transmission gear selector on the car switched to the park position so we can crank it till we put the jumper wire in to bypass the auto transmission crap

that line goes hooks up to the metal line and goes under the intake manifold to the backside of the fuel rail and in the fpr then the fuel rail then comes back up front then thru the other fpr then back to the tank

cold start wire? are you sure the injectors are spraying? check to see that the spray fuel. pull the rail and injectors and hold them against a piece of cardboard. crank it over.

unplug the maf and try to start it, maybe something wrong with the CAS? check the codes at the ecu I sure it must be throwing codes? My rb20 has what looks like a fpr and fpr, 2 in all maybe the hose is at the wrong end.
