rb20det exhaust manifold gasket help

So I have gasket leak in my exhaust manifold for my stock rb20det. Is there anyway to get manifold without having to take the turbo off and down pipe? I need some answers soon please. Also is it possible that this could be the source of my misfire that wont go away ps i checked most of the basics like coils, plugs, and spark.

Are you just asking if you can take the manifold off without taking the turbo and dump off?
Simple answer no.
You at least have to tale the turbo off cause they are obviously connected..
And I don't think it's causing your misfire.
