So it turns out my gas gauge dosnt work and i ran the rb out of gas.I finally got to put everything back to gether yesturday and put gas in it and it ran like sh*t. I made a knocking noise at idle and then it went away after about 5 minutes.I then drove it around and it was working fine.then the car wanted to die it bogged down to about 10 mph and was backfiring.I made it home.i started it up again and it ran fine.Later again in the night i came home to drive it and it was running good and then decided to bog down again to like 10mph and full throttle.i stopped the car and then drove away like nothing happened.???????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????i have no clueany suggestions.adam

Have you tried changing the fuel filter? Did you do it when you got the motor in there in the first place? Running a tank empty is a good way to clog them up.
