RB20det ECU question

Hello I keep running in to problems with my rb20det... I looked at one of the cleanest SRs around and got inspired to do a wire tuck.. to make a long story short messed up my maf wiring and fried my maf... I just purchased a new MAF off the forums and plugged her in today. Still shes running in safe mode so my mechanic said the only other option it could be is that i fried my ECU as well??? im looking for a ECU but every time i find one the numbers dont match.... my ecu numbers are MEC-R132R does that sound right to you guys? and if so is it that easy to burn up your ecu

did you ever find out what made it go into safe mode? were you able to get it out?

the only time its ever went in safe mode is because i had a bad maf.. i think i might of bought another bad one or my ecu got burnt up from all the different combos i tried on the wiring.... do you know if a ecu can burn up from changing maf wires around??

Ok I've came to a conclusion, I need a new ecu ... Does anyone have one??? 2371m 04U02
