RB20DET ECU PINOUTS: Idle air control/Idle air bypass sensors

I have a lot of idle problems with my S13 RB20 setup and turns out that the signal wires for both the idle air control valve and the idle air bypass sensors are wired up to a plug that doesn't belong anywhere. Does anyone here know where it should be wired up to? If possible, please provide some locations on the ecu and or note where it should go. Thanks in advance.

Yo. These signals wires, are speaking of the 12v reference or the return signal to ecu. It sounds like you have to put (switched 12volts) to these two sensors if they're not getting the 12v reference, and if the signals arent getting to the ecu you're just have to run new wires to the correct pins at the ecu.
