Rb20det doesnt start right away, and 17 psi at idle?

Im going to assume this would be a vacuum related issues, but ive been checking over all the lines and everything and for the life of me i can not find a leak. The car does not really want to start without cranking it over a few seperate times, and 17 vacuum just seems low. This was checked on a brand new sunpro gauge.

Would really like to get these problems killed so i can wrap up my engine bay....

Do BLT, take off iacv and clean it and reinstall, use some maf cleaner, also is your orange cold start wire hooked up?? My problem was cold start wire and iacv...hope this helps
