rb20det compression and leak down test??????

sup everyone, im getting ready to do a compression and leak down tests on my rb20det and would like to know what the factory compression should be. If anyone can help me out i would appreciate it.

yeah i did one...... and got the same thread you linked to. I wanted to know a general number i could go by, but thanks anyway.

Yeah, that thread doesnt have the answer either. I think it is around 165-160. I need to locate a FSM for an RB20DET.

There is no general number.

It is consistency across all cylinders. If all cylinder are at 25psi, then that's good. Your gauge would be stuffed..

Do yourself a favor, skip the compression test and go straight to leak down. You don't need a comp test if you have a leak tester. Leak > comp.
