RB20DET Coil firing problem

Hello, I recently swapped in a RB20DET into my S13. I bought a wiringspecilaties harness motor/transmission/ and coil harness. Everything works fine except I have no fire from coil plug number 6 cylinder. I have ground and 12V signal. I replaced my ignitor with another one I bought and both my new and old one make it miss on cyl 6 so I do not think it is that. Also I have continuity from the wire at the ECU to the ignitor chip. So the only thing I can think it would be is the ECU. I have .005 Voltage from all coil wires out of the ECU except the 6 cyl, which I have .002. Any other ideas would be a great help.
