After waiting for six months, Jarco finally got my clip to me. Haven't taken it all apart yet, but it looks good. Manifolds are in good shape, no sign of oil leaks or coolant leaks, need a new intercooler and piping, though....but, they cut the entire rear end, suspension and everything, and gave it to me. So now, here is my list of goodies to stock up on...

Water PumpTiming BeltFMICOil PumpAll GasketsRear Main SealKoyo RadiatorDual Electric Fans (Need some advice....push? Pull? What brands are good? How big?)Custom Downpipe (if needed)HKS SSQVApexi N1 muffler with custom catbackHope to balance the crank and rodsJE or Wiseco pistons

That's about all I can think of right now. What of these things are absolutely the best to replace right now? I know the oil and water pumps, timing belt, and gaskets....is there anything else I need to change before it's in the car?

Well, it's not going to be a racer, I'm going to take it down the track a few times after the swap and see what it runs so I know for sure, and then it's just going to be a daily driver. I don't dog my car either, so high revs aren't necessarily an issue. The crank collar, though, thank you much. I forgot all about the RB crank collar issue. Main and rods studs/bolts...ARP, too, I suppose? Where is a good place to find the oil and water pump, etc.? Thanks for the advice guys, hopefully this swap will be underway within the next month or so. For now, I'm going to save up for the parts and tear it down and clean every square millimeter of the inside of that engine.

if you dont plan on making more power than stock or racing (track or drag) then pistons are a bit overkill.

I recommend the Flex-a-lite 210 electric fan, it's a dual 12" puller setup. I bought mine from Jegs.com. The clearance between the fans mounted on my S14 rad and the power steering pulley on my RB25 was really really tight. I ended up notching my radiator support about 1/2" and moving the radiator foward. BTW, my Rb25 is using the SYKO mounts. I'm not sure if the RB20 would have similar clearance issues or not.

I ordered some exhaust manifold studs and nuts from them.

Sorry I've been away for a few days....had finals and all this week, so it's been crazy. But yes, this car is going to be a daily driver, not looking for big horsepower, but would love to be able to leave a Mustang staring at my @$$, if you know what I mean. Thanks for all the advice guys. I'm going to start trying to get the wiring diagrams together, and maybe I can do this myself.
