RB20DET Cam cap torque specs

I have looked everywhere for these specs and havent been able to find them. I need torque specs for the cam caps and cam gears.

How sure are you of those specs? Where did you get them? Sorry but im one to be really freaked out about torque specs on things like this without seeing a pic of the fsm or something.
