rb20det blowoff query

at what stage in modifying and rb20det would i need to run two blowoff valves? to be specific hks ssq-r and ssq original

if you plan to run more boost than that stock bov is set for! I'm not sure what the spring is setup for.

The only time i've seen twin blow off valves necessary is on Drag cars.

You'll know if you have your BOV on and you can never get rid of compressor surge/flutter, no matter how much you adjust your BOV.(youtube it if you don't know what the sound is)Personally I would just move up to a large single BOV.

But really if you have to ask the question, then you don't need to.

An aftermarket one will be good.The stock one starts to leak after a certain amount of pressure (not sure, never used it).

until you are moving more air than 1 can sufficiently release.

so you are saying that the super sequential racing (ssq-r) can handle about 500 whp 20-25 psi boost and still be totally safe?

i dont know but are there any statistics or any form of data showing the tolerance and limits of these top class blowoff valves. what they can take and where they can take no more. if any could i have a link.
