I just finished my install of my RB20 and I am running into some problems, I wondered if you guys could help. The first time I turned it on it worked fine but was a little bit stuttery on accel/decell+it was really smokey. The next time I tried it would idle fine, but as soon as I gave it even a slight bit of gas it would kill, almost like the ecu was cutting it off. After that I couldn't get it to start without unplugging the MAF-at this point it would drive and rev up to where the ECU limited it because the maf wasn't on . I checked the ECU and its not throwing a code, coils are fine. I tried resetting the ECU and I set the timing, and now the thing kills when it gets under load, still smokes like hell (kind of greyish smoke). Oh yeah, one other weird thing, sometimes the lights on my dash like my hand brake light will stay on even once I have turned the ignition off and removed the key. Anyways, if you guys had any advice I'd appretiate it!

You have a fat leak.As for the ignition lights staying on with the key out, I bet it only happens if you let the fuel system pressurize fully and then the fuel pump turns off. But if you take the key out before the fuel pump finishes filling the system, all is well. Check it.

sounds like a Huge boost leak or a dead MAF, or the wiring was pinned wrong to the maf plug.
