OK, now I have looked and looked, but no one seems to have the answer. I know that there is tons of info floating around about teh RB25 wiring, but that doesn't help, the harnesses are too different. Now the way I'm wiring it is without using both of teh interior harnesses as Night does, but the same way as Opensource did the RB25(which that thread did help a bunch). but I haven't been able to figure stuff out yet. I have had the car running for about 2 weeks wiring it with both of the interior harnesses, but that was too messy and there were wires everywhere. I was wondering if anyone knows how to do the wiring this way. Any help would be great.

Well, I decided to not wait for replies due to the fact that my car has to be out of the garage by friday. Using some of the info from Opensource, I got power to my ECU, my fuel pump works, and all that stuff, now I just need to get the starter taken care of. If I'm not mistaken, then that should be all that is needed(to get it started atleast)

starter and power to injectors and you should fire right up. putting up the cluster stuff tonight, so if you have time you can crank that out too.

I wired up the cluster already. I'm using the R32 cluster. It took quite a while to do but pretty easy. Every wire is labeled on the board on the back of the cluster. I just wrote down which color meant what and on which plug and same for the R32 cluster, wired it that way and it worked, Not sure if the speedo and tach work yet, but I know the fuel meter did. We'll see how it goes when I start it today(hopefully). Oh yeah, and what was the wire inside the car that you wired into the interior harness from your EFI harness? I don't have that huge white plug on my harness, nor do I have the same color wire.

One quick question.......which starter harness did you use. Did you use the 240 or skyline? I was told by one person to use the 240 and another to use the R32.

we used the plug from the stock 240 fuse box and wired it to the sklyine lower engine harness no 2. the 25 uses different plugs for the lower harness so we had to use the skylines. if all the plugs are the same for the 20 and ka, then just use the ka's lower harness.

I got it running, the ECU is still in safe mode, but I think I know what it is. I dodn't have to wire anything in the dash for it to start.

I got the ECU out of safe mode today. I drove around for about 10 mins or so to let the motor get warm, and opened her up. I must say that this swap is worth every dime spent and every minute put into it. In what seemed to be a little more than a 1/4 mile I went through 4 gears and just got into fifth when I shut it down. My ECU changed the limiter to somethign like 8000-8500, not really sure exactly, because I havent set up the tach yet. It runs 12lbs boost, spins into thrid downhill, and runs like a raped ape. I am one satisfied customer of Nissan at this point.
