This is NOT a carl h converted harness - sorry for the confusion. He however did help me a ton with quesions I had.

Underneath the electrical tape is solder - so don't flip out

The wiring harness is already done, but there are 2 wires left. A blue/white wire for powersteering and a white/purple wire. Where have you guys tapped this white/purple wire into? It needs to be a switched 12v source and stays on when the ignition is in start.

heres the rest of the wiring, how does it look?Black/pink to black , Red to black/white , Red/Black to Red/Black. Where does the purple/white wire go? Should I wire the purple/white into the red/black?

Black to black , Orange to black/yellow, Blue/black to blue/black, Yellow/Green to Yellow/Green, Red/Yellow to Red/Yellow, Blue to light green/red.

Dude Before you attempt to use that harness, two wordsHEAT SHRINK Unwrap all that electrical tape and do it right (or send the harness to Carl and ask for forgivness )

Well this isn't Carls harness, sorry if it sounded like that. yes the connections are soldered and wrapped. I just want to make sure all the connections are correct before I finish heat-wrapping it.

Instead of eveyone busting my balls about how it looks and telling me to send it to carl, how about you help me so I don't screw it up. I'm sorry if I like to do it myself and im 2nd guessing my ability to do so.

i'll say this now, posting wire colours connected from one wire to another is worthless, there are several wires on the 20 harness which are identical in colour to eachother with diffrent functions; likewise with the s13 harness...so unless you know what plugs those wires came from its hard to say if its correct or not.

The reason I say send the harness to Carl is cause he will build it outside of the car, solder and heatshrink it,get rid of all the unecessary plugs, and make it look factory and everything will work.

And I also lend this advice because I myself am the same and like to do things myself, and that stubborness has had my car sitting for over a month of summer weather.

I too will get the car running again as soon as parts arrive...but mark my word even I am gonna have Carl build a harness for me in the off season.

And if I am looking correctly at that harness it looks like you have the start signal hooked up,the grounds, umm your speed limiter...:S,the white/purple wire goes to the terminal ring on your fuse box which is I believe constant power for your coil relay,I'm not sure about the light green/red wire from memory but that I do believe is for wipers, and in the first pic theres a black/white wire out of focus that has a cut in it that should be taken care of....and I dunno what that loom of cut wires is but it's never a good idea to cut wires you are unsure of their function.

Note: I found out, the color of wires may be wrong, but still correct - some wire were used to extend wires and may not match - so all is well. I guess all i have left to get answered is the purple/white wire. Where is the terminal ring?

Also - the black/white wire out of focus - what is that for?
