Rb20 wiring help! No voltage to O2 or iacv!

Im having trouble with my 91 s13 rb20. I did the swap myself about a year ago and had my buddy do the harness for me because he had done rb20 harness's before, but ever since the first time trying to start it it takes forever to start and will not start in the cold and runs crazy rich all the time and it is by far the slowest rb20 ive driven. I checked everything over on the motor and narrowed it down to the wiring I found that my iacv and my O2 sensor are getting no voltage which makes sense with how its acting. I have searched a buch of different wiring guides but none of them are very clear and I cant find the ecu pinouts with the iacv and O2 on them. I need to what wires to check that might or might not been wired. Thanks for any help.
